Most of our customers prefer to order directly over the phone utilizing our toll free order line. In the past this has been mostly manned by our answering machine. The process has been for you to leave your name, phone number and best time for us to return your call. We would return your call, help you decide on the best bullet for your situation and then take your order.

Due to the increased volume of calls, we will attempt to answer the phone in person all day. In the event that you get our machine during this time, it generally means that we are on another line. This will allow our customers to phone and talk to us directly during that period rather than leaving a number for a return call. Remember to have your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card handy.
